Conheça seu aluno e motive-o a aprender
Mais um ano letivo inicia-se e com ele várias indagações. Como será minha turma? Agitada? Será que vou conseguir “controlá-los”? E muitas outras questões ocultas que nem nos atrevemos a pronunciá-las.
Alguns dizem que a turma é a imagem do professor. Durante algum tempo questionei este pressuposto, mas após alguns anos na sala de aula, percebi que somos nós quem ditamos o ritmo. Mesmo quando acreditamos o quanto “as crianças estão difíceis ou indisciplinadas”, nós também temos resposabilidade sobre estas ações de nossa sala de aula. Podemos buscar maneiras de motivar nossas crianças a sentirem-se co-responsáveis.
Ás vezes nos iludimos achando que as crianças só estão ali porque são obrigadas, mas a verdade é que elas adoram estar na escola e depende de nós o aquecermos esta paixão.
Então conquiste seus alunos, motive-os a estarem na sala de aula junto com você.
Crie, no primeiro dia de aula algo que simbolize a relação que você quer manter com seus alunos até o último dia deste ano letivo. Como fazer isso?
Algumas idéias que poderão ser modificadas, a fim de serem melhoradas, assim que entrarem em contato com seus alunos.
- Encontre uma música que cante a alegria e que você acredite seja significativa para crianças da idade com as quais você vai trabalhar. Distribua revistas para as crianças. Peça para que procurem imagens que provoquem boas sensações. Monte junto com as crianças um painel com as imagens que todos escolheram. Coloquem o painel num lugar privilegiado, acessível a todos. Sempre que precisar despertar boas sensações, mostrem o painel e conversem sobre as imagens.
- Converse com as crianças sobre os super-heróis (para adolescentes escolham personalidades ou personagens da literatura) que elas mais admiram, descubra exatamente o que eles admiram. Discuta sobre esses comportamentos e ou valores. Faça uma lista. Peça para que as crianças produzam uma história na qual a turma seja protagonista e que demonstrem tais comportamentos e valores. Sempre que precisar despertar todas as sensações que envolveram tal atividade, leia a história.
- SEMPRE leia para as crianças. TODOS OS DIAS.
- Crie analogias, tais como: aprender isso será tão fácil quanto tomar um copo de água (analise a pertinência da analogia). Peça para que as crianças façam o mesmo: aprender isto foi tão gostoso quanto? Provoquem este tipo de reflexão a todo o momento. Instigue seus alunos a trazer coisas de sua realidade. Motive-os a perceber o quanto a escola está próxima de suas histórias, suas necessidades e suas vontades.
- Brinque. Prepare atividades em que as crianças possam utilizar todo seu potencial criativo. Utilize para isto todos os recursos disponíveis: o corpo em diversos tipos de brincadeiras; brinquedos e jogos.
Lembre-se que toda aprendizagem bem sucedida está associada a uma boa experiência. Proporcione experiências positivas, saudáveis. Seja claro e objetivo com seu aluno, esbanje palavras de gentileza. Trate seu aluno com curiosidade e ele lhe dará inúmeras pistas de como deseja ser tratado.

Motivação é tudo na escola, pois crianças e adolescentes são extremamente dispersos. É por isso que penso que a sala de aula é onde está o que há de mais avançado em motivação. Os professores estão sempre discutindo justamente isso.

Realmente é de grande valor ao iniciar a jornada de ensino, o professor deve mostrar bastante entusiasmo e passar aos alunos que ele esta ali para fazer o melhor por eles, assim pode-se ter um bom relacionamento durante todo o ano letivo.

Achei o texto riquíssimo e fundamental; sou licenciado em Letras pela UFPB e especializando pelo Proling em Lingua Portuguesa; embora eu esteja há dois anos licenciado, só agora estou iniciando a minha atividade docente nesta segunda feira dia 7 de adril. O colégio é novo, a turma é nova e eu, um novo professor na prática; esse texto só nos engrandece e nos encoraja a saber e entender como é fundamental e maravilhoso a oportunidade de ser professor quando há criatividade, interação,motivação e amor. As dificuldades são muitas. Mas textos como esse nos mostra como é possível dar vários dibles na deficiência, na evasão escolar e no desinteresse. È muito bom ir além, conhecer cada vez mais nossos alunos e interagir com eles construindo juntos o conhecimento. Afinal, não existe como disse Paulo Freire, um saber maior ou menor que outro, e sim, saberes diferentes. Parabéns pelo texto.

insegura em alguns momentos, as vezes me pergunto se estou agindo certo ou
não,isso quando não consigo tudo que planejo para com os meus alunos, daí
quando tenho a oportunidade de ouvir uma palavra de motivação e sugestões
que certamente me fará como educadora proporcionar momentos muito mais
